The Full Story

BadNanny Army

BadNanny Army was created by a Nanny who was coined "BadNanny" by her oldest grandchild due to her natural ability to spill, break, drop, mess, and just do things wrong. The running joke for many years was "BadNanny strikes again" whenever something went wrong and it just stuck.  It is noteworthy that BadNanny was a Regular Force Army Member in the Canadian Military for 14+ years, joining after she already had 3 small children, this is why she says that joining the Army is easier than being home full time with kids!  There are many women out there raising children and the one thing they all know is that raising children can be it's own kind of war, it's harder than most people think and it's time these women are recognized as the everyday heroes they are and thus the BadNanny Army was born.

Mission

To bring some awareness to women who have given so much in the service to their families with little or no acknowledgment.  Hopefully with an added element of comedy and provide a chuckle over so many things these women have had to deal with!

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.

BadNanny's Grandkids did all their own stunts for these photos!
